1. Shipping Methods
You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. The following is a list of the different international carriers available on Wishesg20.com, estimated time in transit, and where tracking services can be located. Shoppingtang is currently working on some more shipping options, and the day it’s available we will tell all our Shoppingtang customers.

Time of transit varies depending on where you’re located and where your package is coming from.
Customs clearance can increase the delivery time if your package is held up by customs officials.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Packaging Time + Shipping Time
2. Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
- Weight and dimensions of package
- The location the seller is shipping from (city, state, country or region)
- The location the seller is shipping to (also called the destination country or region)
Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, where and how the seller is shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.
Before you place an order, you can click the "Calculate shipping cost" link to get the discounted shipping costs to and from any country or region under different shipping methods.
The calculator lists all the shipping costs from different carriers. Simply select the quantity and your country, and then press [Calculate].
Note: Credit card or PayPal cannot be used as a payment method for shipping methods other than DHL, UPS, TNT and EMS.
And we strongly suggest customers to use EMS service as it is much cheaper than the other 3 express. We have a cheap shipping contract with EMS, who can offer much discount.
3. Order Tracking
When our logistics department ships the order, a tracking No. will be provided to you in 24-48 hours. You can track your order on carrier company website.
You can also do so following the steps:
- 1. Log on to My Wishesg20.com.
- 2. Click "Active Orders" button in the navigation on the left side.
- 3. Click the order number which you want to track on.
- 4. After you have been directed to an "Order Detail" page, click "tracking" button on the top menu. Then you can find the tracking NO.
- 5. Go to courier’s website and input your tracking NO.

Please keep in mind it may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by Carrier Company. If 3 days later, you can not get the tracking information of your order, please contact our customer service team for more information.
